Dr. Vadali Srinivas is an Associate Professor and Placement Coordinator with 18+ years of experience spanning higher education, academic leadership, Training & Placement, software industry, research, student development, and industry–academia collaboration. He has served as HOD and Placement Coordinator and has extensive experience in academic administration, faculty and student mentoring, corporate relations, internships, recruitment drives, industry interaction, and employability development.

He also brings software industry experience as a Software Engineer in the Delivery & Delivery Support Career Stream at Arohak and as a Software Developer at Think AI Labs Pvt. Ltd. (TALL). He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science & Engineering from JNTUK and has 21 research publications, along with patents and book publications.

His international exposure includes Southern Cross University, Australia, Papua New Guinea, and the Democratic Republic of Congo. He has also been associated with IIT Madras through BOSS–MOOL Operating Systems training and with IIT Bombay and IIT Kharagpur through academic and faculty development initiatives.

He is an AWS Academy Accredited Educator and a certified AWS Trainer, actively mentoring students in AWS Cloud Foundations, Solutions Architect Associate (SAA), and Generative AI services. His efforts have enabled students to gain industry-relevant skills and hands-on exposure to cloud technologies, bridging the gap between academic learning and practical application.
